Taking part

Who can join, and what does it cost?

Anyone interested in robotics. Participation is free, and you don’t need to be an expert: the week brings together student clubs at every stage to learn from one another and share what they’re building.

How do I register?

Each day’s events require separate registration through Luma. Find and register for sessions through the official Helsinki Robotics Week calendar.

Registering for a daytime event does not automatically include admission to the evening programme.

Can I present at Open Stage?

Yes! Every participant is welcome to present a paper, project or company idea at Open Stage on Tuesday, 10 November.

Speaker registration will be available through the Open Stage event page on Luma. Find the listing in the Helsinki Robotics Week calendar once it is published.

Do I have to attend Junction?

No. Junction is a separately organised event with its own application process. Participants can choose which days and events they want to attend.

If you’d like to participate in Junction, apply on Junction’s website with the invite code aaltoroboticsclub.
